Traditional-modern Living Room Remodeling in Miami Florida Blue Builder

General Frequently Asked Questions

Blue Builder has been in Miami for over 10+ years.

We started small. A renovation here, a renovation there, plumbing, electrical system, garage construction, attic build, we were doing all. After few months, we got a full remodeling job, and we were amazed by the complexity of it.

We loved it! Due to our experience, our very first remodeling job was a success.

Since then, we have been an integrated part of Miami, with more than 100 remodeling projects, over 60 ADUs constructed, and still counting.

There are a few ways to find a good remodeling contractor in Miami.

You can ask your friends, family, and neighbors for recommendations.

You can also search online for contractors in your area.

Once you have a few potential contractors, be sure to check their references and get quotes from multiple contractors before making a decision.

But, you are already on this page, and you can have a free quote from us directly.

When choosing a remodeling contractor in Miami, there are a few things you should look for:

  • License and insurance: Make sure the contractor is licensed and insured. This will protect you in case of any problems.
  • Experience: Choose a contractor with experience in the type of remodeling project you are planning.
  • References: Ask the contractor for references from previous clients. Contact the references and ask about their experience with the contractor.
  • Price: Get quotes from multiple contractors before making a decision… anyway, you will most probably choose us.

The length of your remodeling project will depend on the size and scope of the project.

Smaller projects, such as updating a bathroom or kitchen, can take a few weeks to complete.

Larger projects, such as adding a room or building a new deck, can take several months to complete.

At Blue Builder, we aim to finish as fast as we can without sacrificing quality.

The cost of your remodeling project will also depend on the size and scope of the project.

Smaller projects can cost a few thousand dollars, while larger projects can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

It is important to get quotes from multiple contractors before making a decision, or pick BLUE BUILDER to get the best rates with the same quality of work.

If you have a problem with your remodeling contractor, the first thing you should do is try to resolve the issue with the contractor directly.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the contractor, you can contact the Miami County Building Department or the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

We did not have problems with our clients, and cannot talk about this from a bad experience, but the answer above would be a good start.

  • Not getting a written contract with the contractor.
